Data Deletion Request

This page explains how you can request deletion of your account and associated data from Influgent. You can delete your data directly within the app or by contacting us.

Delete Your Data via the App

The easiest way to delete all your data is directly within the Influgent app:

  1. Open the Influgent app
  2. Go to Settings
  3. Tap Delete Account
  4. Confirm the deletion

This will permanently delete your account and all associated data, including your Instagram data, chat history, automation configurations, and any media stored on our servers.

Disconnect Instagram Only

If you want to remove your Instagram connection without deleting your entire account:

  1. Open the Influgent app
  2. Go to Settings
  3. Tap Disconnect Instagram

This will remove your Instagram access token and delete all Instagram-related data (profile info, insights) from our systems.

Request Deletion via Email

If you are unable to access the app, you can request data deletion by emailing us at: contact@influgent.com

Please include the email address associated with your Influgent account. We will process your request within 30 days and confirm once your data has been deleted.

What Data Is Deleted

When you request full account deletion, the following data is permanently removed:

  • Account information (name, email, preferences)
  • Instagram profile data and access tokens
  • Instagram insights and analytics data
  • Chat history and AI conversation data
  • Media files and metadata
  • Tool configurations
  • Automation configurations and results
  • Push notification tokens

Third-Party Data

Deleting your data from Influgent does not affect any data stored by Instagram/Meta. To manage your data with Instagram directly, visit your Instagram App Settings.
